Needed a different prescription because the one I had been taking was becoming less effective. I travel for my job so I am normally prescribed about 30 pills. The person helping me evidently wasn’t trying to understand that I’m gone for 2-3 weeks at a time and only prescribed me 7 pills. Now I have to fly back for additional medication

My daughter had a fever come back and I had already taken her to urgent care in my area and we left there without a diagnosis. I tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday and have been having just about every symptom you can imagine. My own primary care physician could not even get me into her office to be seen nor return my call. I was so grateful to get an immediate appointment today with family urgent care. Gabriella was my nurse practitioner, and I would definitely return there to see her. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and throw. She gave me exactly what I needed.

Was not feeling well and took a home Covid test. It came out positive, so my daughter called to see if I could do a telehealth visit. They booked me that same day. While I was not a candidate for Paxlovid, due to my med interactions, the lady was very attentive to my conversation and was able to order medicine to stop the burning in my nostrils.
