Great service both by the receptionist and Chelsey. Very prompt service. Highly recommend going there for anyone young or old. The call for my medicine was even faster. By the time I got to Walmart, my medicine was waiting for me. Absolutely the fastest time I have ever had to be seen and receive my medicine.

I waited an hour and paid a copay for the PA to tell me he couldn’t take the splinter out of my daughters foot and sent us to the ER. I’m pretty sure it was more bc it was 8pm and he wanted to go home. I want my money refunded.

Set up the appointment the night before for 8 am through SOLV app. Filled out paperwork adding photos of all items asked for. Arrived early for appointment and checked in online. Wait time showed we were first with no other waiting. Office was not yet open but soon they unlocked the door. Another person ran in right before us without an appointment. They took that person first. Then they asked for all of our information as if they did not receive it. We were later told that the app doesn’t actually make appointments. So why did we go through all of that? Get rid of the app if it isn’t recognized. Very poor! Staff and Docs have always been professional and are great. Just need to tell us that the app is not worth the time and worthless
