I had great care however I was charged $130 copayment instead of $20. I questioned this at the time of payment and was told I had a high deductible and that was it. When you need treatment you can’t always walk away. My claim has now gone through confirming a $20 copayment responsibility. This is not the way to keep clients and I can’t recommend you based on this experience. Such a shame as the nurse and Dr were great.
