Office staff very nice, tech very nice, Emily the PA in training very nice. Listening to the Dr berate her through my door over a patient he felt she should have done an STD screening on.. terrible. Overall good timely service.. but I'd rather not hear the staff discussing whether one of the 3 patients in the clinic should have an STD test done or not .. I imagine as loud as he was the entire office could have heard to cause I heard it over the TV in my patient care room.

Checked in outside and remained in my car until they were ready for me. Much better to wait in the comfort of your own space than in waiting rooms. Quick to be called in and went straight to intake/vitals collection. Super thorough questioning. Doctor made it to the room very quickly - listened to my concerns and came up with a plan of action. He was very kind and patient as I asked questions. Great experience!

Went on Sunday morning with my mom and son to get seen at this location. After providing all insurance information for the three of us, one of the front desk persons said I had a balance that had to be resolved. I explained I had try to fix that several times without success, since the billing department keeps billing the wrong insurance. I was informed that I could not be seen and that I should be aware of debt collection without a bit of understanding or compassion. I still had my son seen and my mom. My mom is from out of town and they did not accept her Medicare. I had no problem paying for her out of pocket, but I will not pay money I don’t owe. The kind thing would have been to see the three of us and solve the billing debt later. But billing is more important than serving people. I already know the answer, the person was just following billing policy. Sometimes, kindness goes a long well and policies have to be revised to better serve people.
