just nowNEW What a change. This place has always been top notch with professionalism and courtesy but definitely not this time. Made an appointment. Walked in, told receptionist I had an appointment. Receptionist said one second, so I sat down patiently. I work in customer service so I get it. 30 minutes later 6 people went to counter and I am still waiting for acknowledgement . 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I went to counter and finally mentioned my name and was told "Yes we have you here". I replied "I am sure you have me on paper but I want you to know that I am here". I never mentioned my name to receptionist. After, I was asked "what I was there for PCR?" While women holding papers in hand looking at it as if paper had my details. I explained "Yes, would you like me to show you confirmation and remind you". She replied "no we have it here". So why did they ask? Finally as soon as I walked from desk I was called. Then Nurse took test fast and was very dismissive rushing me out speedily saying all done results in 24 hours. Seemed as if trying to be rude back in a professional way. ( I work is customer service you can say thank you have a nice day and mean F.U.). What a dispointment FastCare Please do Better and get it together.

Excellent manners and care

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Christopher Fayeghi for taking the time to go over my ankle injury and treatment options. I recently arrived from NYC and I am glad to find this Urgent care, I highly recommend it for fast quality healthcare.

I went with my daughter in law for a drug test for starting to work and the staff was very nice, the place was impeccable clean with hand sanitizer and plenty of signs about keeping social distance. The waiting time was minimum.

Everything was great as always!

I want here on Saturday for a potential broken rib, I was seen immediately, was in and out literally in maybe 40 minutes, extremely thorough care, they are so professional and even called me to follow up the next day. Thankfully I do not have a broken rib but I was really glad to go, they really made me feel like family. THANK YOU, Dr Fay! :)

I was unimpressed by this urgent care facility. First off, I did not see one single healthcare personnel was their hands, including provider and clinical staff. The tech went to examine my throat, gagged me with the tongue depressor, then proceeded to get irritated that I didn’t keep my tongue down for him to assess my throat. I am 7 weeks pregnant and had to remind several staff members, even the provider when he was recommending me take Advil (which is contraindicated with pregnancy). As a healthcare provider myself, I would not recommend this urgent care center.
