I went in to Fast Pace in Lawrenceburg today, needing to see a physician about a possible sinus infection and also was going to get a Covid test. As soon as I walked in, the very rude women asked if I had an appointment.. I of course didn’t because I walked into a urgent care facility where I was under the impression I didn’t need an appointment to be seen. She then rudely asked what I needed to be seen for, I said I had sinus issues and I wanted to get a Covid test bc I also have no taste but before I could get that out she bluntly said we don’t have Covid test.. So I am pretty confused as to why an establishment posing as an urgent care is requiring appointments and why they would have someone so rude be the first person patients (customers) see.. Patients are customers and without us your business doesn’t run. So I think you should have your front desk staff take some classes on respect for the individual and get them an attitude adjustment. I may be the only one brave enough to complain but I guarantee I am not the only one your staff has been down right rude too. And yes I did go to another urgent care facility where I was greeted with care and respect. This is why I would never ever ever refer anyone to this establishment.

I registered online for a (tentative) appointment @ 3:40 today. I entered 30 minutes in the slot for them to text me 30 minutes before they could see me. I never got a text until 4:00 telling me I missed my appointment. The lady at the desk told me I was wrong that there was no such process & I should’ve been there at 3:40. I left not being seen.

my baby sister and my neighbor kept hollering at me to get tested for covid and this is where they said to go. Everyone is really cool.espically dr lori nolan, She knew i was ancious,,she told me sit-put head back againt the wall-'im not gonna hurt you'-and 30 seconds later it was done....all to easy--my hats off to her and your clinic and ill use you all again....jon johnston from lawrenceburg

For starters they need to change their name. I’ve been here maybe 3 or 4 times and they are the slowest place I’ve ever been to to get seen. This last time we had to get a COVID test and the lady at the front desk, oddly enough I believe her name was Karen, was very rude about us needing to get tested so we can go back to work. If you can help it save yourself some time and go literally anywhere else.

Terrible experience! We needed a Covid-19 test. Their website explicitly states they do not take appointments and it’s first come, first serve. We drove from Louisville and arrived an hour before opening. At 10 mins until opening they answered the phone and said they couldn’t see us until 8.5 hours later! Because you HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!! To make it worse manager was extremely rude and combative when explaining this new policy (started a few days ago) that was not posted anywhere. No sign on the door. Website completey incorrect. And we tried to call yesterday to verify it was the rapid test and they never answered the phone. It rang off the hook over and over for an hour...not sure how you can call and make an appointment if they don’t answer the phone
