It was fine once I finally saw the doctor - but even though I made an appointment online, I had to wait through about 4 people to be seen. Please hire a second doctor!

Very fast, easy and friendly service. When I came it was within an hour of closing time. And they were super busy and that they can set an appointment for me tomorrow instead so I don't wait so long. She gave me a little piece of paper so that I can write my info and why I was coming in. I loved that I was able to share what was wrong discretely to save my privacy and I had written her a note that I was in a lot of pain and if it was possible to still get seen. She was super nice but I understood the situation, so I had told her no worries, I can try to look for a 24 hr urgent care. 10min in the parking lot searching google, she called me and said hey its ok, come back, they can see you. I was sooooo grateful and relieved. Sat in waiting room for maybe 15-20mins. Brought me to the room, waited maybe 10 mins. Doc already had my results and d/c'd me with antibiotics. Everything was completely done within an hour. They saved me a night of pain and no sleep. Sooo happy with their service.

I was concerned about the blisters that started appearing on the left side of my chin and ear so I requested on line for an appointment. The link was easy to follow so within a few minutes I was able to secure an appointment. The receptionist was very professional and courteous. So also were the nurse and the physician. It felt like I went to my regular physician’s office. Definitely, I will recommend Fast Track to anyone that needs their services.

I was the only patient in this facility and it still took 45 minutes to be seen and 90 minutes total to run a Rapid Strep test despite having an appointment. They didn’t ask what medications I was taking nor did the doctor check my ears. They” visit did serve  its purpose because I only wanted a strep test but I wouldn’t go there for anything more serious.

Staff was friendly, effective and professional. Everything went like clouds work from scheduling to seeing the doctor and getting my med prescriptions.

The place looks like a doctor’s office I went to in the 80s as a child. It seriously needs to be renovated and updated. I hate being brought in for vitals and then sent back to the waiting room. And then they couldn’t give IV fluids, which was what I needed.  Such a waste of my time and money at a time when I really wasn’t feeling well. When I made the appointment about my vomitting they should have called to tell me that they couldn’t help me and would just send me to the ER.

The front desk receptionist was rude and dismissive of the information I provided. The attending physician was aloof. The call center provided me inaccurate information

A new chair in the lab where they check you in. Or just have it reupholstered everything else was great.
