The staff from the front office to the nurse and finally to the doctor were very professional. I felt well taken care of by these lovely people. I would recommend this office to family and friends!

Despite writing on the paper form the address for the medication to get sent to, repeating it to the receptionist and then again to the provider, the medication was sent someplace else. The provider offered to call her if anything happened, and I did, but the provider was gone for the day so I had to find the pharmacy because I didn’t know its location. I could not place it so had to call again, so couldn't hear the address so had to ask to get it texted. Not only was my child sick, but I was. So yeah it was definitely incovenient and completely unnecessary since I filled out all the requirements, how do you miss it even after asking me again?

I am beyond pleased with the service provided to me and my teen yesterday. We didn’t wait long AT ALL and the doctor and staff were very professional,  pleasant and gentle with my son. I’d return for sure if in need of urgent care!

Really helpful and kind. Tested for COVID and Flu. My wait was only a little longer because they needed to get the test results. Listen to me and my symptoms and examined me accordingly. Recommended two options for my symptoms and sent in scripts. Thank you for your care.

I wasn’t feeling well and was able to get in the next morning. No wait at all. They were very thorough and kind.  Got my diagnosis and meds into pharmacy right away. The provider was great! Wonderful place! So happy they are close to my house.  I highly recommend Fast Tract Urgent Care to a lot of people and they agree!

Dr. Ali was great with my 10 year old son. She had to drain an infection on his finger. She was honest with him and he liked her.

Office staff was great and PA as well. Very understanding and helpful

I did a walk in for a tick removal. 1/2 hour in waiting room was gine, but an hour waiting in the little room was a long wait. Doctor was very nice, friendly, and effective. He said it was an unusually busy day. 2 hours overall. Still will come back again if needed as care is excellent!
