From start to finish my experience was flawless. Outstanding customer service!!!

This is the 2nd time the front desk staff have told me my insurance is inactive.. please get it together. Go the extra mile and LOOK at the previous methods of payment especially if I was there just two weeks prior.

I did my first virtual appointment today. The quaility and ease of care were great and I was able to keep myself and others safe while experiencing contagious symptoms

Staff is super nice and helpful!! Was able to quickly and easily get seen and everything was explained very well to me

Waited over an hour for my online appointment. I also had to call the office twice for them to track someone down. Apparently the appointment was scheduled virtually with the Silver Spring office and they just left me on hold. Kensington was kind enough to find someone to take my call after I waited an entire hour and wasted time that could have been spent doing work. The provider I finally spoke with was helpful and kind. Provider- 5 stars, wait time- 0 stars.

They were late for the zoom and called by phone instead of video.

Started feeling icky yesterday. Tested positive for Covid. Squeezed in a phone appt with wonderful PA, who recommended paxlovid. The doctor answered all my questions. Prescription was sent to pharmacy. I’m very happy I would definitely recommend Fast Track Urgen Care !

I scheduled to go to the office but checking my symptoms I had to do on phone call. They were very good reviewing my symptoms and prescribed medication

Once I got connected, it was great and easy to get the care I needed. Unfortunately I had to wait 50+ minutes on the virtual line to be heard/seen. I also tried calling the receptionist during my wait time and got stuck between ween shift changes and wasn’t able to be heard for a long time.
