Once I got connected, it was great and easy to get the care I needed. Unfortunately I had to wait 50+ minutes on the virtual line to be heard/seen. I also tried calling the receptionist during my wait time and got stuck between ween shift changes and wasn’t able to be heard for a long time.

Great visit. It was quick & very easy process. They took care of my issue very promptly. This was my second virtual visit with them & I would book again.

Tested positive for Covid with a home test so we arranged a telemedicine appointment within an hour after I went on line.  Everything went very smoothly.  Not my first time there and probably not my last, if something else comes up in the future.

I tested positive for COVID while on vacation in Canada and couldn’t get the care I needed, being so far from home.  The care I received this morning was exemplary - as always!

I could not get into my primary care until next week. So I was having trouble finding telehealth in Maryland that took Medicaid & I decided to try this app Solv. I'm glad I did. Within 10 minutes I had an appointment with a doctor over the phone scheduled that took my insurance. The pre-screening ladies were great & the doctor was wonderful. She called me 30 minutes prior to find out what was wrong to see if she could see me over the phone. She then called back exactly on time of my appointment. She was really attentive, caring, thoughtful. She really listened to me & my past experiences with this issue. It took about 5 to 10 minutes on call with her & when i hung up my prescriptios were already called in within 5 minutes. Wonderful service. I highly recommend Fast Tracking Urgent Care in Silver Springs, Maryland.

Dr and staff were excellent! Dr was very thorough and answered all my questions.

We are visitors from California.  My wife came down with COVID while staying with friends in Garrett Park.  We walk in at nine o’clock.  Found out because she tested positive we could not have a personal exam, but we could do a virtual exam.  So we had to return to where we were staying.  Some confusion getting the phone call established but we were successful in the end.  We got prescriptions needed and were satisfied!
