The online scheduling was seamless and easy to navigate. The receptionist and the doctor were both friendly and helpful. I recommend this location.

I needed to go to an urgent care immediately but it was already late night and saw that most of the urgent cares near me were closed until I saw that this one was opened! I called and told them about the situation of why I want to get in knowing it was late. They fit me in at 8:30 pm and I got over there at that time. They asked for my insurance and ID and I only waited for five minutes. Everyone was so nice and very understanding when I said I was scared of needles, they didn’t judge me for it and let my friend hold my hand as they were taking my blood. And I got out of there pretty quick. :)

Wait was awful! Blood pressure machine errored-out twice. Tech gave up. In all, spent 4 hours of my work day to get a RX for pink eye for my daughter. Total time spent with the PA = 10 mins. This is not first world healthcare.

I was able to get an appointment same day, scheduled online. Check-in was super fast, and the Dr. and all of the staff took great care of me. I got everything I needed and was out in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this location!

Went there because my doctor was book, I got a wrong diagnosis, they said I had allergies. Went to my doctor come to find out that what I had was not allergies but bronchitis. Do not recommend they have chicken practitioners!!

Scheduling an appointment is a complete waste of time and so frustrating because it’s not taken into an account. I’ve spent two hours there today because they were taking people in based on when they showed up regardless if they have appointment or at walk ins. Next time I won’t bother with scheduling

As a walk-in, I did not exoect to have a wait of only a few minutes. Staff were friendly and competent.

I just needed to complete a Maryland DOT card (Medical certification for commercial driver license). I have been coming to this clinic every two years for the last decade, but I recently moved to another part of PG county. I looked into several local clinics to help me get my DOT card, and most either didn’t have the option, or they didn’t even know what I was asking about. After wasting a couple of hours calling places and driving around, I decided to make the drive back to Silver Spring and visit Fast Track clinic. Walk-in was convenient, and as always, I was impressed by the quick service, friendly physician, and welcoming environment. I was in and out within 45-60 minutes.

I was away from home & nowhere near my doctor’s office, so I took a chance as a walk-in. Great experience; professional & friendly, welcoming & helpful, excellent healthcare, and was out the door in under an hour (including a 1/2 hour for throat cultures & nasal swab results). Would recommend!

My son had a sore throat. Once we arrived, staff was friendly and helpful. Wait time wasn’t bad at all. All of the staff were very kind.
