The provider did not listen do bother to check my lungs or provide any medication to help with my symptoms. She only suggested allergy medicine. My symptoms were worsening and they continued to not help. I contacted the office manager that was also rude. I have not heard a follow up and it has been 2 hours. She wanted to explain to me that she is a nurse and the providers have a license to protect. She continue to tell me the provider I saw was the owner. I just wanted help for my symptoms because I was given an allergy medicine. My symptoms are not from my allergies. Terrible staff and support. I never had a problem before. I am not sure if it is a new management but I would not recommend to anyone. I do not think it’s fair I have to pay the bill if they did nothing to help me. The staff even asked me what test should I do.. I regret coming to the place

I would have given 5 stars except for the wait time. I was the only patient in the waiting room and no one was ahead of me. Yet I still sat in the front office area for an additional 15 minutes after checking in. I’ve been at this location several times before and the room had patients waiting. But when I saw online that there was no one with a reservation. I walked in. I was disappointed to be sitting there for so long.
