My family and I have had nothing but good experiences here. Sometimes the wait is longer than other times but that’s the state of healthcare these days. I’d rather wait a little extra time in my car than wait a week or more for the pediatrician or my primary care Dr. Doctors are overloaded these days and I am grateful to have this facility located just minutes from my home. Dr Gluckman and his staff are extremely thorough—brought my daughter for a Covid test yesterday and got the results (negative) in just over 24 hours. When she still wasn’t feeling well today I brought her back for a Flu test —when that turned out negative as well Dr Gluckman proceeded to do a full respiratory panel. If that’s not quality care I don’t know what is. Thank you Fast ER staff—we always know that we are in good hands with you.

Will never come back here! And would definitely not recommend! 1.) The staff are very rude and do not talk to you like you are a person. The medical assistant have no bedside manner at all. 2.) They ask for your debit card BEFORE they even see you and make you sign a form agreeing to pay whatever fees they want to charge you with after your visit. Is this even illegal??? I didn’t sign it at first, she said I had to because the office requires it. I told her I prefer to see my bill and know what I am being charged with first. She said their office requires it and my debit card in advance. What kind of office runs like this? What is the purpose? Sp you guys can take money out our account without our authorization and agreement on how much?!

Horrible experience here on multiple occasions but yesterday topped them all. They were unable to diagnose rashes on my daughter so went ahead and prescribed an anti-fungal cream. I was very dissatisfied with this so,Made an appointment with my daughter’s primary doctor who immediately knew what the rashes were... very upset with the misdiagnosis and the way they sent us on our way , had us pay, yet gave us no answers. Final straw at this place—- they are incompetent and I can not believe these people still have jobs!

Be careful with this office! They require paperwork authorizing them to charge the card you give them indefinitely! Visited the office and paid my 15$ copay on 8/28. They charged my card 155$ dollars 9/28 with no notice! When I called to ask, Dr. Gluckman was very rude!! He said I should "Blame the deadbeats that don't pay their bills" and that I would have been notified of the charge if I provided my email. What kind doctor refers to patients who owe a medical debt "deadbeats". People come to your office because they are sick! His lack of compassion is disgusting. Go to an office that treats people like patients and not like walking money.

Excellent medical care. Have been utilizing service for years although I have a primary care doc. They are always available, my Primary is not always. Professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. 5 star*

1st time going. Everyone from the front desk to the Dr was amazing. I felt like everyone gave me personal attention and care. Dr Jessica was amazing. She went out of her way to even call me to see that I was doing ok. I highly highly recommend this facility. Thx Dr. Jessica 😊
