What patients are saying...

Awful experience. We were in line at the mobile unit for a covid test when they closed because of a thunderstorm and told us to go to another location 20 minutes away. We arrived at the other location and were told that there are 22 people ahead of us. They will not give us ANY estimate of how long we can expect to wait. One hour? Two hours? Who knows. And we are not permitted to wait in the clinic. So we are sitting in our car in a severe thunderstorm for who knows how long. Also, the receptionist was rude and patronizing. I understand that they need to close if there’s a storm and I understand that they don’t want people in their clinic because of covid risk (although I have never heard of a doctor’s office not providing space for patients to wait). But not communicating to patients in advance (e.g. on the website) that the facility will close without notice due to inclement weather is just inexcusable. I would have made very different choices had I known this. I am a health care provider myself and I would never treat patients with such disrespect. Stay away.
