I went there about 3:10 pm on a Tuesday, waited in my car for about 45 minutes before they call me in. I went in and they seem real confused about my name or something. Not sure what was going on. After waiting inside for about 5 minutes or so, they called me back to the examining room. The nurse took my blood pressure and ask a few questions. She left. I set in there for 50-55 minutes and no one ever came into that room to check on me. They forgot I was even there. I got up and stopped at the front desk and told them I was leaving because no one ever came in to see me. She just said sorry. They were not all that busy. I was there for over 2 hours and never was looked at. I left there, went straight to Jennie Care. I waited about 10-15 minutes before I saw a doctor.

Waited over 2 hours for a covid test. They did not send me the correct registration forms, so I had to go inside to get them knowing that I have many symptoms. Their system would not take a picture of my insurance card so I had to go back in and hand it to them.

Back in late May early June of this year, this facility advertised that they would offer FREE antibody testing and COVID19 testing. I didn't need a COVID19 test as I was scheduled elsewhere for that before a hospital procedure. So after my swab at a hospital, I came back to First Care and got antibody test (I just wanted to see I'd already had the virus earlier). BUT-they billed my insurance for it, and CHARGED me the remaining fee!! It was not that much - BUT IT IS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE THING!!! YOU DO NIT TELL PEOPLE THE ANTIBODY OR CIVID TEST US FREE AND THEN CHARGE FOR IT!! I won't ever ne back there and have already advised several friends NOT to use their services!

I visited the Clinic on 12/28/19. My wait time was minimal. Staff very friendly and willing to help me in any way. I saw Jason Crisp. He was kind friendly cheerful and very willing to listen patiently of my symptoms. He preformed a thorough examination. Mr. Crisp diagnosed me with Sinus Infection and Bronchitis. He called me in some prescriptions to the Pharmacy of my choice. Thank you, Jason, for your expertise in Diagnosis and Treatment. Feeling much better today. First Care is truly First in the health and Care for their patients.
