I received a bill of $400 because the receptionist put my insurance down incorrectly. Now I have to dispute it with the hospital and my insurance since it wasn’t filed correctly.

Staff was both appropriate and condescending. The PA was great after I requested to talk to her to clarify the different types of covid testing.

The lady at the front desk was not very kind or empathetic at all. I have social anxiety and going places even the doctor is very nerve racking for me, the lady seemed annoyed and apathetic to the fact that I was sick, or that I was nervous. The doctor was confusing and seemed to already walk in with a plan and not really care what I was saying. The nurse however was very kind and nice and should be given a raise 10/10 experience from the nurse. Also it was really expensive.

It was nice. Initially the secretary didn’t seem as friendly, but as time went on, I realize she was friendly. Thanks
