I was able to walk in after work. Did not have to wait very long to be seen. The receptionist was so nice and kept me apprised of the wait time. I went in for some crud that I had and my sore throat. I wasn’t sure if I had strep but I was tested and didn’t. A wellness plan was discussed and scripts were called in and I was done. So glad they are close to my home.

Although the visit went good and staff were great, I had to call about prescription after waiting for an hour at Walgreens. Called clinic to check on it because Walgreens didn't have anything. Verified I wanted Walgreens and the location, that was even on my paperwork, and it ended up at CVS.

Waited for two hours, while the nurses laughed a joked at the station. Had a splinter in my hand they could do nothing for. I will never come back to this shithole again.

Great service.  Everyone was great.  Shirley, Haleigh, and Kat Williams, P.A.-C were super.  Will recommend clinic to all I know.  Have been seen at 39th since the mid 1980’s!  Great company, clinic, and staff!!

Dr gave my child previous medication I told her we had used. After 3months of my child coughing and trying numerous things, including what was already given to him. I would have appreciated her being more willing to listen to my suggestions. Entitled much!? Now I have to wait to get in to our primary who will actually listen to me and work better with me on understanding why I was suggesting the medication I suggested.

But then they did covid and flu test on my was suppose to only take 10-15 min to run took 20-25 for her to come back. And then I asked her to look at my throat and it seemed as if they were in a hurry cause they close at 7

Did not feel heard or listened to. Doctor ignored all of my concerns and read off her script “just take Advil and sudafed” what so it gets worse? So I go to another doctor and get diagnosed with bronchitis and actually get antibiotics I asked for at the urgent clinic. DO NOT go here.  Front desk lady and the nurse were very nice, horrible doctor though, will never be returning.

Took a while to get into the exam room but it’s an urgent care so most are walkins so no issues with the wait. It was expected.  The staff was very nice. That made the wait okay. Would recommend.

I had a long wait but that was simply due to the number of patients that were ahead of me.  The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.  The severity of my situation left them a bit bewildered but they were quick to come up with a solution that has already left me feeling much better and hopeful that this issue will be resolved soon.  I would strongly recommend this location, I have visited this specific location at random times throughout the last decade and the staff has always been knowledgeable and understanding of all situations I’ve brought through their door.

First time to get care here and it was a great experience. Called them up, they told me I could walk in. I filled out usual paperwork, waited a few minutes, saw the nurse, then in a couple of minutes DR Kat came in. A wonderful experience. Professional, friendly and compassionate. Highly recommend!!
