I waited 2 hours in my car to be called back. After being called back a nurse ran my vitals and swabbed me for the test that I need. She left and I waited on the physician for another hour. I asked if I could leave without seeing the doctor and was told if I did so my test would not be run. My family was going out of town and we were supposed to leave at a certain time but because of this we weren’t able to leave in time. There is only one doctor here, in an urgent care, in the middle of a freaking pandemic. I was told that my wait would be an hour. I have waited 3 and had to deal with several rude nurses. The nurse who swabbed me was nice but she was about the only one. Being forced to wait on the physician is absolutely ridiculous. All they need to do is check my breathing and tell me I can leave. Is the nurse taking my vitals and swabbing me not good enough. I could hear the nurses at the nursing station laughing and cutting up. They locked the front doors of the urgent care so that nobody else could sign up because they reached their capacity. Everybody is in their car! They locked the doors at 9:30 and opened at 8.

I waited to be seen for 2 hours after being told it was an hour wait. After being swabbed for the test I needed I waited an additional hour on the physician. There was only one physician, at an urgent care, in the middle of a pandemic. I asked if I could leave without seeing the physician because I had other things that I needed to do and was told that if I left my test wouldn’t be run. They had already swabbed me! The physician just needed to come in, evaluate, and let me leave. Other than making sure I’m not dying, which I’m not, they had nothing else to do. Literally just needs to check my breathing and clear me! That’s it! I’m beyond frustrated. Is a nurse taking my vitals and swabbing me not enough?

I can’t express enough how wonderful this facility was for my family . From the front desk to the nurse and Heath care provider we had the best treatment. Everyone was super friendly and treated my daughter with the best care . I expect a wait in an urgent care but we waited no time . We did sign in on line the front desk called us immediately to come in and fill paper work out before our scheduled time . Flawless!! Thank you to all the staff you are doing an amazing job !

Not very happy. After 2 Dr visits here and over $300 out of pocket, I had finally received a cough med that actually worked for my daughter. She went to a family members house after having this new med only 2 days, and the bottle was knocked over and all her meds gone. I called the Dr to ask for a refill and explained what happened and was told she would need to be seen again and re-evaluated and of course pay another dr visit. After $300 I would've expected the courtesy of refilling meds over the phone for this one time event, instead of seeking another $150 office visit for an $11 prescription. Will not return here
