I went after falling while hiking. My lower back and left leg were injured and weren’t getting any better. The NP was very nice and took the time to assess my injuries and give me a prescription. I went back the next day for an X-ray since the X-ray tech wasn’t there on the first visit. The Doctor came in to explain the results of the X-rays and to make suggestions about what I should do to expedite my healing. Overall, I was impressed with the staff and the facility!

If I could I’d give zero stars! Dr. Collins came in for my son’s terrible eye problem and spent maybe 30 seconds in the room! He glanced toward my son’s eyes with his light but never actually examined them then immediately diagnosed him with an eyelid infection that has none of the symptoms my son is there for, ignored all of my questions and comments trying to explain what he actually had going on and basically dismissed me and walked out and gave a prescription! If you want to actually be heard do not see Dr. Collins here! I drove all the way to this location 45 minutes away because I saw decent reviews and now I am livid that my child may still have to deal with this painful issue longer while I try to get him into his doctor. Horrible horrible doctor who should not be practicing! Also there was human feces on the walkway into the clinic and nobody seemed to care or even attempt to clean it up.

I was thrilled with Michella Otmar’s bedside manner, her explanation of what was going on in my mouth/jaw and her compassion.

My daughter was diagnosed with bronchitis although dr never listened to lungs. Went next day to another Urgent care and found out she has a double ear infection. I feel we should not have to pay for visits. It was a joke!!!!!

Dr Ma is such a professional and experienced doctor, all our questions and suspensions are cleared with confidence and assertiveness, it feels so relieving and thankful to have his expertly in my son’s proper diagnosis and put on the right track of recovery. All the staff we met are courteous, helpful, and delightful to talk to. We are so very thankful today.

This place is the WIRST! Within 30 seconds of walking in the facility to treat my daughter’s hurt ankle, I had 1, then 2, then 4 different people telling me that I “can’t come here for treatment.” They had my aetna ppo insurance card in their hands and were all condescending towards me. I basically had to plead with them to calm down, back up and had to get stern with them and tell them that they should all ashamed for falling over themselves to tell me that I didn’t belong and wasn’t welcome. After I insisted that they all shut up and enter my insurance info into the computer, they were all shame faced with no eye contact but not one single apology for the mistreatment and trying to turn me away. To make it worse, the place was kinda ghetto and more than a little run down. Never again!!
