I needed a physical for the nursing program. I called to verify that they could do this and the gentleman answering the phone was friendly and professional. I then went to the urgent care right away and it was very easy. The receptionist was friendly and made the paperwork easy. I like that I could complete my paperwork on my phone. I didn’t wait too long and the nurse practitioner I saw was so nice! She was personable and friendly! The facility was cleaning. All around great experience! I would highly recommend this urgent care.

Great and friendly staff. Very clean, didn’t have to wait, scheduled online, I seen Dr. Erica Bales and she was excellent. Definitely will recommend this urgent care and will go back in the future.

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I love the ease of utilizing the App to schedule an appt outside of office hours. The staff were all very friendly and professional. My visit with the PA was great, she was attentive in understanding the reason for my visit and set me up for success in order to get better fast. Thank you!

Love the mobile check in to not have to sit in the waiting room with myself sick or others. In and out in 10 minutes. Super quick service. Much appreciated when you’re sick.

I love this dr office. They are so fast, yet listen to everything and Dr. Payne- Zajac really goes above and beyond to make recommendations or solutions/remedies when needed and truly makes you feel cared for. She’s wonderful.

My appointment was at 430 but I wasn’t taken to the back until 5pm, so does walk in’s go in front of appointments, just asking? The staff were excellent !!!

I had been running a high fever and walked in to the clinic, and I did not have to wait very long at all. The staff was very friendly and nice and I will definitely recommend it to others. And Dr. Erica balles sent my prescription straight over to my pharmacy and made it very convenient to pick up immediately.

Had a terrible cough and loosing my voice. Afraid had the flu and had taken over the counter medicine and not helping. The np confirmed I had the flu and call me in the correct prescription of tamaflu. Was a very nice office clean and neat. Front desk personnel very nice. Muse was very kind. Nurse Practitioner was nice and kind. Would recommend this facility.
