When the doctor first came to the room she seemed irritated. Once she came back with my negative test results, she was then nice. She did not give me a full exam. Only looked in my ears. Didn't feel my glads, look in my nose or mouth. I had to ask her to listen to my breathing. I required 3 medications. It took the office over 4 hours to send this to my pharmacy. I had to call them to have this get done.

I had Chest pressure/congestion with a lot of coughing. I tried over the counter meds but they didn't work. I was feeling horrible that I knew I had to go to urgent care ASAP! Got checked in right away.

My after visit summary was a true indication that the doctor visiting me did not listen to a word I said. I went in for persistent coughing, not only my chief complaint was documented incorrectly, the physician performed an incomplete auscultation of my lungs; He also did not discuss his complete diagnosis with me. Upon picking up my medication I see a double prescription for a medication I’m already on and the doctor could have caught that if he took the time to look at my history briefly. I was also prescribed an expectorant medication despite telling him my coughs are non productive and completely dry. I do not recommend this physician if you expect quality care.

I arrived with severe headache, constant spells of coughing, expressing green and yellow phlegm and horrific throat pain. The front staff was efficient and professional. While the nurse /tech was nice, She barely tested me. She swabbed the edge of my nose for viruses. The doctor was rude and dismissive he showed no interest in understanding my symptoms. He saw me for no more than 4 mins. He never examined me. Never asked of existing conditions. Never asked if i was allergic to any meds. He asked where I sent my prescriptions. He said he would send an antibiotic and a syrup for coughing. I received 800mg of ibuprofen, amoxicillin, a nose spray and loratadine. No cough syrup. His care was a 1/10.

It take so long to be treated, the barely do anything but just check my blood pressure and a covid test. I have been in another urgent care at least they checked my lungs making sure that they were ok. Then they prescribed me a medicine that my insurance doesn't covered and the price was $450 dollars. So people is nice but just that!
