What patients are saying...

Everything was fine when we arrived, the receptionist was friendly and they passed us in less than 5 minutes. The bad thing started already being inside the room waiting for the Doctor, we waited about 2 hours without anyone coming in to see my son, we had to go out and ask if the Doctor would take longer to come, and there the nurse told us that she had forgotten that we were there, and had sent the Doctor to attend to patients who arrived after us. Besides that everything else was fine

I don’t believe the doctor put his best foot forward and seemed like he was just trying to get done with his shift being towards the end of the night. Did not feel like what i was saying was being taken seriously, and the doctor couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with me. I asked him is it just a flu and he proceeded to say idk maybe something like sinus problem when those symptoms weren’t even my concern.

Took my son in for a physical and he wasn't thoroughly examined as his vitals and breathing was only checked nothing else. Waste of time and charged to me/insurance, which now he still needs to go to a quality doctor's office to be examined properly. Also, the school form wasn't completed correctly by the clerk and if I would not have checked, we would have went home with half completed paperwork needed to be submitted to the school.

My grandson had a blackout incident at school yesterday and he has not been feeling well. We went and were seen within about an hour of our walk in and he was cared for and treated well. The recommendation given was adequate. We will definitely visit again if needed.
