Staff is uninterested and not polite. Wait time was very long and communication was poor. Fortunately there are other local options as well as telehealth options. I have found Franciscan to be good overall, but this experience was so bad I may prefer to avoid any of their care and find another network for my healthcare.

On 7/11/2023 my mom had brought my daughter into this facility knowing she already had pink eye, now with that being said, she also had severe ear pain and a very soar throat, they checked her eyes, the Nurse Practitioner did not check throat or ears, but yet ran a strep that came back negative. He called in a script for the pink eye and sent us on our way. Now the next day she wakes up with very painful throat and ears are throbbing, I called back refusing to pay for another visit. Well low and behold, they won't call in a script saying she needs to be seen again in case she has something else going on. Wow, so even though it's the same symptoms but now she has a fever they want to see her again claiming it could be the flu, covid and whatever else they want to test her for!!Just a way for them to make more money and could careless about the patient. And why am I paying a nurse practitioner doctor visit prices... Will never go back here again. And that's sad considering this was my number one go to.

I arrived there at 1:30 PM and was taken in shortly after. Although my nurse was very rude the doctor and everyone else was very nice. I was out of there by 2:15.

I will not be going here ever again. Everyone (except the person who checked us in) lacked experience in customer/patient service. The wait was almost 4 hrs long... the nurse practitioner (Sarah Wagner) would ask a question and not let us finish responding before moving on... and one of the girls who recorded my child’s vitals looked like she was annoyed with the world. Let’s not forget how many times people walked into our “wrong room” or how the staff kept calling wrong patients to come back into the rooms. NEVER. AGAIN.

Wait time is extremely long for an urgent care. 2 hours just for a tetanus shot. Really. Exposed to sick people.
