Bad experience.. We booked for PCR test..when we went there we had to wait extra 30mts after the appointment Lady just came and started putting the swab. We had swab test before but this was very rough and then after taking she said we can do only rapid and not PCR and no refund. She said next PCR test appointment is available only on friday. So we had no choice to go with rapid test and wated money

Worst experience ever. Schedule a test and when I get there on time, the stupid Clarks just tell me there are no test kits.

Lady was rude. She was not kind.

I called in the morning and was told that I could get the saliva Covid test, was given instructions on not to eat or drink anything 30 min prior to test and was asked for $100 since the test wasn’t covered by my insurance. When I got there I was informed that I could NOT get the saliva test and was only able to receive the far less accurate rapid nasal swab.

I got a COVID rapid test. I registered online and used the solvhealth app. I was to receive my test in my car in the parking lot so I check in mobile when I arrived. Somehow they did not realize I was there and it was 40 minutes before they came out even though I was the first appointment that day.
