My son has been sick and ofcourse it got worse on Thanksgiving. We were so happy to be able to book and appointment even if it was virtual. The doctor said she would be sending a series of medications to the pharmacy which closes early today and it is 3 hours later and no prescriptions have been sent. I have tried reaching by phone, text and email with no response. I understand today is a holiday but this is absolutely unacceptable! They sure did not hesitate to collect my $30 before they would see my son!

Best telehealth experience I've ever had. Everything was incredibly easy from scheduling all the way to receiving a prescription notice within 5 minutes of ending the call. The doctor was professional but comfortable and easy to talk to. I truly have no complaints.
