Impressive visit. I was experiencing two separate ailments. Both were treated with serious intent and meds were prescribed for both. My appointment was handled with care in a timely manner.  I highly recommend Gateway Urgent Care.

I haven’t had issues in the past with this particular location on Lindsey and Williams Field, but I scheduled an appointment online for 1:15 pm. My husband and daughter just finished which it’s now 3:10 pm! Absolutely ridiculous how long they spent there. Not to mention, I had a past due balance that needed to be paid and my husband paid it, but they would not tell us what the past due balance was for and told my husband I need to be directed to their billing department to find out. WHAT? Your office should have records of the account and what the past due balance is for. Just so stupid. I’m not at all happy about the long wait and then not being able to just tell us what the past due amount was for!

Woke up this morning with a sore throat, went in around 9 and didn’t leave until 12 which I thought was a bit crazy. I was next in line for about an hour. I do think there’s only one provider however and she was amazing very nice, quick, figured out what was going on and prescribed medicine. Whole staff is extremely friendly, I will say only downside was the long wait.

My daughter woke up in the middle of the night with fever and ear pain, we were able to schedule online for a morning appointment and get her seen quickly. Confirmed ear infection and they were able to get us an antibiotics prescription to help her feel better fast. Staff was nice, good with a little kid, and office was clean.

Scheduling online was fairly simple. A bit long when you aren’t feeling the best. Appointment was scheduled for 11, wasn’t seen until 12:30. Was seen by an RN and not a doctor.

Wow, the care by Pricilla (Pa) was amazing! She took the time to figure out the ongoing health problem and guide us to ways of handling it! Even checked on meds that might interfere with ones my husband was on! She spent time listening and answering all our questions as she checked his vitals! Highly recommend Gateway and see why they have 4.8 stars! Been to other urgent cares and disappointed !
