We have used Gateway Urgent Care many times. Scheduling is simple and we have not had an issue getting an appointment when needed. My son saw Hailey, who was friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. Jason was the technician who took care of my son. He was great and made him feel comfortable.

Woke up with a terrible set of cold sores. Staff very professional and took care of me. Making appointment was easy

We waited over an hour past the appt time which is why I rated that so terrible but everything else was great!  We went in for an xray of a finger and they accomplished that for us.  I would go back, just go in knowing the wait time could still be longer even with an appt.

Best urgent care I have ever been to and I, unfortunately, have been to quite a few. I can’t say enough about the staff. The woman at the front desk was efficient and compassionate.  The doctor couldn’t have been any better. This staff gets 10 gold stars!

Was able to make an appointment right away and was not busy at all  The Dr assistant was awesome  Only thing we still waited 40 min to get to be seen and we were the only ones in waiting room  I would still go back 100%

Ear pain for a week.  Decided this morning to finally get checked out. Called at 8:00 AM.    Was lucky to get in at 8:40 AM.

We made a reservation online for 10:50 and were seen by the PA until 2pm. Although it is none of the staffs fault I’m sure it’s an issue that is frequent when people are making reservations online without the transparency that there is still walk ins being accepted and taken ahead of you. We would’ve just walked in earlier if we knew that. We also were taken to the room at 1pm and then weren’t seen until 2. I have two young kids who were with me and getting cold and impatient on top of not feeling good after waiting for 3 1/2 hours when told it was about an hour wait on top of our reservation.. i think there needs to be more clarity about the reservations and wait times.

I was able to make an appointment with little notice and was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Kind and helpful staff. I had a great experience!

My daughter had been sick for a few days and decided it was time to take her in to get seen. I was able to schedule for an appt in the same day only a few hours after scheduling it. Wait time wasn’t bad at all and once we were called back it was a very quick and thorough process.

Good friendly place easy to find great staff. Would go back again
