Great staff caring and friendly . Scheduling on line was simple and convenient. Staff greet you as you entered the building and checked you in and anypaper work that needed taken care of. Very pleasant.

Everything was wonderful other than I don't feel as if my issue was resolved. Didnt consider any options of what could be causing my pain other than sending me somewhere else. Didn't address any of my other concerns. UTI wasnt tested for it. Didn't look at my ears to determine ear infection. Chalked my back pain up to, go see a back guy.

The staff was awesome.  So caring and friendly.  I had a bad experience recently at a Banner urgent care with a very rude doctor and nurse.  I will always go to Gateway from now on.

I got in and out in a little over an hour, including x-rays. The entire staff was caring and professional. I would recommend this facility.

The front desk receptionist went above & beyond with her genuinely kind demeanor & customer service. We didn’t have to wait long to see the Dr. He answered all my questions & exceeded my expectations in the level of quality care. If only all Dr.’s could give this level of service & care. 5 Gold Stars!!!

Dealing with a tough cough and ear pressure that I picked up on vacation out of state eight days ago. Check-in was fairly easy. I just had to fill out my info on my phone and submit it. The front desk assistant was very kind. They were able to see me fairly quickly. The nurse who took my vitals was friendly and personable. With her, I did not feel like just another faceless customer. The doctor, a practitioner I believe, introduced herself as Sienna. She was compassionate and warm-hearted. She could tell I have been sick for over a week and I felt true empathy from her. She asked all the right questions and listened to my lungs thoroughly. Together, we put together a logical attack plan that gives me confidence. Thank you, Gateway Urgent Care Higley. Top stars, all around!

I did not schedule an appointment, but chose to be a walk-in. The process in all was quick. Everyone was professional, polite, good bedside manner, and my injury was assessed. After my x-ray the PA decided to have the radiologist also look at the x-ray said they would call me back. To my surprise they did call back! The x-ray  revealed (two broken toes). I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

This is the best Urgent Care that I have ever been to. Everyone from the front desk to the back office and provider were very friendly and kind. That is hard to find these days. They made me feel cared for, took their time with me and listened to all of my needs and concerns. I highly recommend Gateway Urgent Care. Gateway will always be my go to for care.
