My son woke up this morning not feeling well. I was able to book his appointment with ease with a availability. Check in was quick and we were taken back promptly. Tests were started quickly and we were in and out. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The physician was also great.

I wanted a second opinion on an ankle issue. I saw all the good reviews here and being so close to home I wanted to give this place a shot. I’m so thankful I did. I had to call before my appointment, an actual person here answered and was so kind and patient. When I came in, the nurse and doctor were so patient. Made me feel so comfortable. I was able to talk, ask questions, and I felt heard. I will absolutely come back here. I’m so thankful for the care I received today!

My daughter woke up with an ear ache. We were able to schedule an appointment and got there early. Everyone was very friendly and we were in and out even before our appointment time. This is our go to urgent care clinic!

Went in with a migraine I’d had for 6 days and thought I had serotonin syndrome. Nurse practitioner did not give me anything to alleviate my suffering and I left empty handed. It was a huge waste of time and $50. First she said if I decided to go to the ER, it would affect their assessment of me if I was sleepy. I said that I wasn’t going to go to the ER unless it got worse and asked if she could give me anything at all while I waited to see if I got worse (you know, the whole reason I went to urgent care instead of straight to the ER to wait for hours). Then she said that I didn’t have a driver, which I had said repeatedly someone drove me there and was waiting in the parking lot. My husband and 3 kids were waiting in the car for me. I corrected her once that I had a driver and she said “Well no you don’t.” Still don’t understand why she couldn’t have written me a prescription for my nausea or stiff neck or shakiness either way. She even said “I know that’s not what you want to hear.” 0 stars for bedside manner while I’m suffering. I’ve been to Banner urgent care for different issues and had a great experience but they were full today, I guess this is why. I will never go back or bring my family here. I will only go to Banner from now on.

Totally easy to schedule and got in same day w many options on time There was a wait even tho I had scheduled an appointment BUT the thoroughness of the care I received was worth the wait Would totally recommend this facility  Everyone I came in contact there was a total professional

Walk in for first time, got checked in and seen very quickly, paperwork was simple. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and caring. Dr and nurse took good care and listened to my concerns. I left pleased with the care I received. Dr was understanding and professional.

Came in with a suspected ear infection, and walked in without an appointment. Check in took about 10 minutes and didn't have to wait too long to be seen. The whole visit was about 45 minutes and it went very smoothly. Got what I needed and FNP Tiffany was so friendly and seemed to give you all of her attention. I never felt judged and she gave clear instructions on treatment. Front desk staff were also very friendly and kind.
