It's been almost a week, still haven't received my results. How is that even acceptable???

4 days later and i still do not have my daughters results. This company should be reported somehow. This is ridiculous.

It seems to me that this is a bogus company given the fake phone numbers the misspelled names the bad codes I was given to login you can't find anybody no one's there to answer the telephones it's been 4 days and my sample is nowhere to be seen I think this is a bogus fake company

Unreal turn around time. Suppose to be max of 10 hours. It’s been 3 days. Haven’t received a email to even log on yet. Unreal.

Went and waited in line for 2.5 hour for a 10 hour test still waiting no email i called the voicemail was full on both numbers 36 hours later still no email and no results

So good to see a testing facility doing only gold standard PCR tests at a reasonable price. Before going to an urgent or immediate care center, go to this lab. It's half the cost of a center.
