the scheduling was always a good touch for me so I know that I always able to make it there and have no problem. The check in quick and easy and the staff also know my baby girl when I do bring her there for anything. The love they give and the care they give I feel like it a second family and I always come back for me and my daughter if we need any help.

The facility was clean. Staff was professional, helpful, and informative. Besides the wait time (which you can’t always help), I would definitely recommend this location to others!

The service received by the technician was horrible. She was rude and had a nasty demeanor. I will never return to this business based off the experience I had with that individual. The tech was argumentative because she appeared not to understand that I was informing her that I did not have any medical conditions, medications, or allergies. She kept going back and forth with me which caused my blood pressure to elevate. The tech also did not even observe my respirations but falsely documented that they were 16. The NP was extremely nice which made up for the horrible experience I received. I was also confused that I had to pay for my full service when I provided acceptable insurance so, maybe, the website needs to be updated.

This is the best Urgent Care Center. The wait time is fast, the staff is very polite. The Pharmacy across the street will have your prescription ready within 10 mins. I no longer go to Beaumont's Urgent Care, this place is better.

I was so nervous. I thought because the staff was really young that they would be mean or make me feel uncomfortable about what I am going through but they were comforting, professional, understanding and informative. I appreciate them and the help they gave me. May they all be blessed

The provider was wonderful, but the medical assistant that took my blood pressure and weight didn’t seem too friendly. She wasn’t mean but wasn’t friendly as far as interacting with the patient. Not one smile.
