Waited 45 mts in lobby, even after appt time to see PA. Additional 1 hour 15 mts before discharged. This is very unusual and tiresome for a flue patient for 2 hrs of waiting. Should provide visit summary during check out like other medical places.

I scheduled online because I remembered my husband received great care when he suspected he had Covid. I went in because I suspected I had Covid or the flu. I had to change my appointment to a later time but did so with ease. I completed most of the paperwork online to save time. I was greeted and waited for a short time in the lobby before being taken to a treatment room. I received great bedside manner and was given a diagnosis in less than an hour. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy of choice. I’ve already recommended ‘get well’ to family and friends.
