Scheduling was no big deal. My daughter and I were half an hour early. We knew we would wait because we were early. My appointment was at two appointment was at 2:20. We both finally got in the room at 2:30 so we waited an hour from the waiting room to the room they didn’t seem too busy. The waiting room was empty and maybe, three rooms were filled. We could hear their conversations with the patients and laughter and joking and walking around, but I was in a ball on the table waiting for them to get to us so my only disappointment is from the time we were checked in which the receptionist said that she had to check us in and we were not ready to be brought into the room yet even after another nurse asked if they were ready to be brought into a room  Receptionist didn’t seem that concerned 😦  on the waiting time.

I made an appointment for 11am and this was my first visit to this urgent care facility. I have been fighting what I thought was a common cold that went through several stages in 5 days: dry cough to severe cough turned to sore throat with body aches, hot and cold, slept alot, and by the time I decided to go to urgent care, my cold became a starchy throat with an occasional cough, running nose, and head pressure with hot and cold flashes. Because of the head or sinus pressure I couldn't sleep a wink and was awake since 1230am. This urgent care had alot of good reviews overall so decided to make an appointment online. I arrived on time with two people waiting in the waiting room. I sat for maybe 20 mins before I was asked to go to a back room. I was this room for maybe 6 or so mins before someone came in to check my vitals. After my initial check in with the Nurse Assistant (vitals, weight, reason for coming in), the nursing assistant came back in about 10 to 15 minutes later to swab my nose and throat for strep throat and the flu to rule these out. By the time a Doctor or PA or NP came to see me I was already there for over an hour. Dr came in, introduced herself and told me I have the flu. Told me what treatment she planned since I was already at the tail end of it. I think the visit lasted about 10 mins. I used their pharmacy to fill the prescription. Went to the front desk for a doctor note but needed to go down the hall to get my prescription first. Pharmacist Ali was personable. Engaged in everyone who was in the pharmacy. The other gal that was in there and I had to wait about 10 minutes or so to get our prescription filled as the pharmacist had to wait for the prescriptions to be sent to him. Which he had to call about after waiting 5 mins from when we arrived in his waiting room. By the time I left urgent care, I was there for over 1.5 hrs but less than 2 hrs even though I made an appointment. Overall the experience was good and I would come back again. Staff were professional and very pleasant. Facility was clean as well.

Was having severe sciatic nerve pain. MARIA was amazing. Made me feel so very comfortable. She was so friendly. We were talking like 2 friends would. She also administered 2 shots to my back area and they were basically painless she was fast and gentle at the same time. Really enjoyed my visit honestly. I hope to receive her everytime I’ll be requesting her lol

Our appointment was for 10 pm. We were signed in and in a room by 9:58 pm. Saw the Dr within 10 minutes and was walking out with prescription in hand by 10:20. This was the fastest visit to any urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This will be the first location I look at for appointments in the future between having later hours and a pharmacy attached and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Was able to schedule an appointment on Saturday night for Sunday morning, which was very convenient. Check-in and wait time were minimal. The Dr. was nice, so we're the nurses. The only issue I have is that the phlebotomist used the same needle to puncture my skin twice, after missing my vein the first time. As someone who has worked in the medical field I know this is not standard procedure. Not only does the needle become dulled after the first insert but bacteria can also be introduced into the bloodstream during the second puncture.

I clocked out from work and was able to get in and out with a prescription within a little over an hour. The staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the pharmacist. I scheduled an appointment online which was quick and convenient.

The staff here is SO nice! Picked an appt time a half hour out as I have had a bad cough for a few days. Got right in and seen immediately. They have a pharmacy at the urgent care so no need to drive somewhere to pick up your scripts! The pharmacist was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with at a doctor appt. This place is always a 10/10!

The receptionist tried to charge me an office visit co-pay, but I know that my insurance doesn’t require one after the deductible has been met.  “Oh, I’ll just apply this to your deductible”, she said.  I told her that I met my deductible about 5 months ago.  Please know that unprofessionalism and financial errors will diminish your clinic’s excellent reputation.  Why not advise your clerical/ billing people to check, first, if a patient’s deductible has been met?  This would make sense.
