I wasn’t seen today. I was told by the check in staff that I couldn’t get my vitals checked, blood pressure checked or any laboratory test unless I paid them $35 for a health appraisal form when I stated I didn’t need one at all. I also let her know that I had 2 insurances. She was stuck on getting $35 and declined that I can be seen unless I agreed to pay $35 for a form that I didn’t need.

The scheduling was fairly straightforward and when I arrived the reception desk was attentive and aware of my appointment. That said the longest portion of time was awaiting the assistant that handled my case. She explained issues and possible situations but never really looked at the area of my concern being a cursory one. The prescription given was a short term steroid and one that I hope clears up the symptoms quickly.
