Scheduled appointment online, via Solv. Upon arrival the set appointment was not in the front desks computer. But the wait time was still under a minute.

Doctor was great. Support staff could have been a little friendlier. Overall good experience.

The nurse very nice  and polite and extra patient!!! The student PA and PA were also very understanding and patient and made the correct diagnosis. I am feeling a lot better after my visit!!! I would definitely recommend this place. I am most definitely coming back here again!!!

I woke up yesterday with a horrible neck ache. I tried to gut it out, but by the second day I was really hurting. Made an online appointment at 9 for 10:30 appt. Arrived on time and was out by 11 with a treatment plan. If I had called my pcp, I would have tried 5 times before being put on hold. Then I would have been told he was all booked up for the next month, would I like a vídeo appointment for late tonight! This is not a complaint about my pcp. He a very good doctor that I have been with for 25 years. He is just very busy. I was more than satisfied with the Urgent Care of Shelby. I don't care what it cost - I was in horrible pain. Actually, I used them about a year ago for a bee sting with the same level of service. When I got the bill, they accepted the Medicare reimbursement; I was charged zero. What is not to like?

Great care, appreciate that we can usually get an appt within hours and I really like the PA. But I was surprised by the wear and tear on the office in the last 6 months.  Walls pretty scuffed up and dust on the doors.  While this doesn’t impact the care given, it does make me question the rest of the cleanliness of the office.

They are always caring and go over and beyond I know I can always go there when I need to see someone and I can’t get into my primary care physician and when I don’t think I need to go to the emergency room

I scheduled an appointment this morning & checked in online, went in, no waiting, staff was super friendly, PA was very helpful, received an X-ray &  medication. All done in about 1/2 hour!!! I highly recommend this place
