Scheduling was easy and wait times were next to nothing. However, lobby and patient rooms appeared filthy. Chairs, walls and floors looked splattered and stained. Office had a strange non-sterile smell to it. X-ray tech on staff seemed uneducated on how to properly run the machine or read if she got a good picture or not. I was told my child's condition appeared much worse than it was and was scared into going to the ER for symptoms that could have been handled OTC according to the ER staff.

I don’t know why I don’t come to this urgent care more often. From this point on, I most definitely will be. From the woman at the check-in to the PA that we saw… Everybody was so incredibly friendly. The medical assistant who took my daughter‘s vitals and asked us initial questions was so incredibly friendly and fun. Highly recommend!!

I'm usually in and out and the staff is great! The office is very clean, and the doctor is very thorough. I would highly recommend this place!

Woke up with pink eye on a Sunday and was able to make an appointment within an hour of waking up. Check-in was easy and they also accept walk-ins. I waited for about 20 minutes after checking in to see a provider. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, I didn’t meet with the doctor for very long. He asked me a couple questions regarding my symptoms and then prescribed me a medication. I would recommend going in sooner than later, as they seemed to be pretty busy and I went around 11:30am.

Son woke up with ear pain ay midnight.    Scheduled appointment online for 8 am next day.    Total time in urgent care 20 min with Rx called in.   Horrible experience at Beaumont urgent care  on Hall road.  Tried Get Well and will never go to another urgent care.  This place is clean , friendly and professional.   If you need an urgent care - go here!

Was able to schedule an appointment within an hour and a half. Staff were super friendly and polite.

I have been here several times.  Every person who works there is very personable, and actually likes their jobs. They get you in and out.  Bonus - the offices are always clean.  Would definitely recommend the staff and Get Well Urgent Care in Shelby Twp.

Scheduled my time to arrive on line and when I got there she said there was a 2 1/2 he wait. . Need more Doctors there. Very disappointing. Left disappointed did not want to wait.

I scheduled on line for 1pm and they said the wait was 2 hours when I arrived. Why book on line?
