Woman at the front desk has a bad attitude. I understand if you get alittle stressed if more than one person comes in. But its just paperwork. Come on.

We went in this clinic tonight after an issue with a covid test. It was 15 minutes before close and they refused to see us. They said they stop at 6:30 with no patients in the lobby. We fly out tomorrow. We will never use this clinic again.

Covid testing!! So I have3kids that DON’T like any kind of doctors office not even when it’s a checkup.My middle child was exposed to covid at some point last week and started having some symptoms late at night so we decided to bring him in. The wait was about the same as any urgent clinics&we were able to wait in the car until called. The lady that called, Kim maybe? Was a bit rude and eager to get off the phone. But when told to come in, we were actually met by nurse Jessica and went to room 1 I think. My child was just in tears as to what was going to be done. That changed pretty quickly though.The nurse noticed the fear immediately grabbed some tissues and knelt down beside him. She asked was he nervous &he said yes, the nurse agreed that was okay and said she too was nervous bc this virus is scary, but that’s why he needed a test to see if he was sick. She was SOO patient with him&explained everything she was doing.&they talked about Xbox-&by doing that she was able to get his blood pressure etc AND swab him without a flinch. This mama was AMAZED! GUC is definitely our new urgent care! Although he tested positive, his nurse Jessica was all he talked about. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely the best urgent care in Desoto County. Excellent care and an amazing staff!

The ladies here always treat me and my kids like family. I've never felt like that at a medical clinic.. They are thorough and spot on they have diagnosed things that other clinics missed. We will seriously never go anywhere else! I only wish they could be my children's pediatrician!!

This clinic cannot be surpassed. They are seriously the best group of people I have ever seen. The nurses and receptionists treat you like a family member and the NP's genuinely care. We tell everyone in DeSoto county to go there if they need any medical care! We will never go anywhere else.

I absolutely love Getwell Urgent Care! They have the friendliest nurse practitioners and nurses! The clinic is also so clean every time I have gone. The entire staff there makes you feel like family! I send all my friends and family there!

The staff here is amazing! They show genuine concern for my child when I brought him here when he was sick. He felt horrible and once we left he was smiling and even asked to go back! The feel like family and I would never take my family anywhere else!

My son recently had a cold and complained of ear pain. I took him here and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were seen compared to wait times in other urgent care centers. The waiting room was very clean. He was seen my a FNP, Holly, and she did such a great job interacting w him and easing his fears during the exam (he’s 3). I love having this clinic in our community! I went last year for the flu and was pleased then as well.
