My 14 year old son was there for a hockey tournament. When waking up with a sore throat, I took him in and found he had Strep. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We were prescribed antibiotics and the pharmacy was GREAT. He gave us a plan and everything needed to get my son ready for his game 11 hours later. Antibiotics, Advil, Tylonal, allergy meds, and even pediatlite.  We were in and out in 30 minutes.    Unfortunately we returned that same night for some stitches. Again the staff was great and very attentive.  When we are back in Detroit, hopefully we won’t need any medical care, but if we do, we will be back at Get Well, Sterling Heights.

Went to bed Sunday night, not feeling so well. Right nostril draining, and left nostril was visibly swollen inside. My left ear hurt, the left  cheek below the eye, and left side of the jawline leading down the side of my neck was very tender. I called the the Get Well urgent care, and they were amazing. They had open appointments, and could test me for all of the respiratory illnesses that my oncologist in Ann Arbor had requested.  Everyone was friendly., courteous, and respectful. With over 1/2 dozen Urgent Care centers within a mile from my home, Get Well will be my main go to from now on.

I absolutely love this place. Scheduling was easy. Not a long wait. Easy to talk to. Got scrip quickly with in house pharmacy. The pharmacist was really pleasant. I definitely recommend this urgent care. If I could give 20 stars I could!

This was my first visit here. I booked my appointment in the morning, left work at lunch, and was seen almost immediately. The staff was super friendly. Callie has an awesome bedside manner and was so kind while drawing my blood. I saw John and he didn’t make me feel rushed, which has been the case at other urgent cares I’ve visited. The only negative thing I have to say is that the office was not as clean as I would expect at a medical facility. I would give it a second visit based in the level of care I received.
