Global ProLab gives poor customer service! An appointment was made for blood to be drawn from our severely disabled daughter at 11am. Please call my wife first for acces. At 9:15, the tech shows up and is bang on on the poor girls front door! My wife confronted him, asked why so early and why he was banging on her door? I was in the area already! Please come back at the time scheduled so I can have my daughter prepared. “Ok”. Never shows up! Wife calls him and he says I am finished for the day call the office to reschedule. Wife called the office to complain and they say she was rude to the driver so take your business somewhere else! Arrogant and terrible experience. You can understand the technician attitude when you see you get the same treatment with the company! Call the lab where your sample was to be delivered and get their recommendation!
