Horrible horrible, got a drive thru covid test on Labor Day 9/6. 3 cars were in line. Upon arrival I sanitized my hands and put on a mask. Here comes the female workers only wearing a mask no gloves no protection for themselves. They picked up multiple clipboards and pens from the cars again no gloves no sanitizing nothing.. my COVID test took maybe one minute. Before pulling off I asked how long for results. She said LESS THAN 24hours !!!!! Today is September 11 and not a phone call or email nothing. I have literally called everyday 5 plus times everyday since my test. This place was a perk because you didn’t have to have an appointment. I have kids so I took them out of school until I got my results. I’m still waiting for them !!!! I read 2 other bad reviews saying no results and it was a scam. Now I’m worried because they literally HAVE ALL OF MY LEGAL INFORMATION. Before posting this review I called 3 times and even tried calling from a different # NOTHING.

Went in on Tuesday for 24 hr COVID testing and didn’t receive my results yet. Was provided a link to chk my results link did not recognize my information. I never received an email and when you call them no one answers or when they do they are unable to provide results. This place is a joke. During a Pandemic you need fast turnaround that’s advertised and good customer service. They have failed in both areas.

This was a gem when you consider the wait at other locations, however , if you don’t choose the rapid test, be prepared to wait the maximum data for your covid results. I found this to be ridiculous, no where in Atlanta do you wait 5/7 days for results and it’s plenty of free test locations in Atlanta. I would not recommend, if you’re needing to get back to work or school. Be prepared to pay for rapid test or wait a week for results. No where in Atlanta takes this long, everyone can’t afford a rapid text, I would NEVER use this clinic again
