They are akways professional and friendly. I never have had to wait more then fifteen minutes. I usually I wait less then five minutes! I prefer going here now and switching to my primary care as soon as I am able.

Overall this was the best experience I have had at an urgent care. I have trouble with upper respiratory and every time I go I always get the excellent care. The staff is very friendly and sometimes there is a wait but the constantly check on patients. I give them a 5!!! Highly recommended!!!

My son showed up at 6:31 for an appointment and was told that he could not be checked in after 6:30. I specifically called for business hours and was told they closed at 7. No mention that he would need to be there are 6:30. They are absolutely unyielding. I can see why this place has a 2.6 star review. I'd give zero stars if that were an option.

Have gone several times. I was seen by Nurse Frances. Actually I won't go unless I can see her exclusively. She is extremely knowledgeable, take the time to find out what is going on with the patient and seems to know what to prescribe. She is always Spot On. Thank you Frances for you care and your kindness. Incidentally, after leaving today I picked up the prescription you prescribed. Its the first time in two months that I feel improvement. Thanks again..

This place is awful. I was kept waiting for 2 hours while "upper management" was visiting....what happened to patient first? I got my money back and walked out. The staff is miserable, a toddler was playing in the office (well-behaved) and once a door slammed in my face, I realized this is an amateur facility. The NP said sorry. Unprofessional, not worth it, go to a professional place of business instead!! PS: They sent me to a non-approved lab for my lab work at the cost of over $71....

Unbelievably rude. Opposite of helpful. No kindness. Abrupt.
