I went there for a Strep test, and I have VA disability insurance. The staff continually kept referring to me as a Medicaid patient, after I corrected them several times. They refused to put me on the wait list until I paid a deposit of $300 in cash! …since I’m apparently an indigent who can’t pay my bills:-(. I’m a US Marine Corps Veteran who was injured on active duty serving my country, and the VA affords me health insurance for life, due to my injury while in service. You should not treat veterans as indigents, and you should never treat any people the way you treated me. The VA reimbursed my medical bill, like they always do. I will never go to Go Well again since they clearly don’t know the difference between a Veteran fully backed by the US Government and a homeless person with no money to pay their bills. You failed your country by failing to secure medical care to a person in need that showed you a medical card. If you don’t trust your government to reimburse you, then we can’t trust you for our medical care. You’re the worst form of life..a company that doesn’t trust it’s veterans. Don’t go there! Further more, the doctors and nurses were awesome! Just their business policies that are terrible.

This place is awesome. I can’t believe some of the reviews are so low. We have been going there for 10+ years for Urgent care. The staff is always friendly, and accommodating. The medical physician, physicians assistant are always excellent, listening to your concerns and working with you for treatment. This is not my primary care facility, but for quick needs, it’s the best!

Went in for a TB test in January, asked how much it would be upfront and was told $35. Paid $35 got the test and left. Weeks later get a bill for $124.00 for the TB test. Called and talked to the receptionist and was told that it was a mistake and to not worry they would dismiss the charge. Now I get another bill for $124, call the office to ask why and they don’t know anything. Like what the heck. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. What a SCAM
