Refused to see my 4 year old son because I didn’t have my ID on person. Told me to go to an IHC affiliated urgent care instead. 1 person in the waiting room, 3 receptionists… we walk in and they do not acknowledge us in anyway. We stand there for 5 minutes while those 3 ladies look at each other like ‘who’s going to help her’. Very uncomfortable to be in that situation. I am an RN and I never treat my patients that way. Terrible! Will never ever return

Fell at home, waited 24 hours and pain in my left hand was getting worse, so went to urgent care to get something for pain. I hardly ever take pain meds. But I needed something. The PA walked in, first off I had to ask him who he was. I told him I needed something for pain and he said he needed to see what was going on. X-rayed my hand and found it was broke. Put a splint on it and sent me home. During my visit I asked for pain medication 3 or 4 times. He never did address it. So I never got anything. Plus he didn’t listen to Anything I said. Maybe he should go into a line of work, that isn’t taking care of people and you just work from a script.

**PLEASE READ** Billing is done incorrectly causing balances in excess of what insurance will cover. Nurse practitioners are billing as specialists creating excessive co-pay fees. Regular office visits are being coded incorrectly creating denied claims by insurance carriers. No accountability is taken by billing and office staff for their coding mistakes! Unless you want to pay out of pocket for your visits and be threatened by collection agencies I wouldn't suggest Granger Medical Clinic as a place to visit. Incompetent and Unproffessional!
