I was frustrated doing the app and when I took the photos my info disappeared. I was swearing under my breath. When I asked what to do. I got told off because I was was yelling but I said nothing to anyone. They were not helpful. I explained I was frustrated. The girl had challenges getting my photo. I got berated for what you are doing for me.I said please and thank you and have a good day inspite of it all. Her helping skills suck. She told me off while I sat there and she couldn't possibly have a bit of empathy. She acted like she is entitled!

It was an agonizing process to register on my cell phone. Especially doing it for more than just myself. AWFUL.

Scheduled two appointments on line on 3/10/22 @ 6:35 & 6:40. When I went the location no one was there. I knocked on the door. It was dark, and no staff member was present. The website listed the hours of 7-7 and allowed me to book an appt. Please update your website with correct hours and available appt times.

Got to the location at 5:32 and the last person in line tells me they’re closed already, I said it shows they’re open till 7 PM on the website she tells me you can ask but they’ve been turning people away. I get to the front and ask the girl and she says, we closed at 5:30 I then tell her it’s 532?! She tells me then I guess we closed at five, I said so then you make up your own hours because your website says 7 PM. She said we’re short staffed there’s only two of us here, sorry and just turns away. So basically get there early because they’re trying to go home early.

Everything went well, it was Dec 23 so a long wait was to be expected. Staff was very polite and professional. The only problem is it’s now Jan 3. And we still don’t have our PCR results. there is no direct contact # to call only a loop that brings you back to scheduling.

Yes making an appointment was very easy but I can’t figure out how I am going to get my results. It’s been 6 hours since I got the rapid test and I have not gotten results and have no idea how to get my results. There’s no phone number anywhere listed on Solv or grapefruit testing.

Do not make an appointment here. Don’t bother. One day they tell you if you have to have an appointment to get a test. But then I showed up with an appointment and they wouldn’t honor it. I was exposed to Covid and had an appointment, but I couldn’t get a test because a bunch of people who are walk-ins who wanted to go to a party for being served ahead of me. I’ll stick with Walgreens and CVS. At least when I make an appointment there it will be honored. Or I guess show up at 6:45 in the morning with an appointment, and take your chances I will never use this app and I will never use grapefruit again.

Tested for Covid with them three times. They do both rapid antigen and PCR test at the same time (two swabs). Booking appointments online was very simple. Two times the staff were friendly and helpful, third time they were slow and disorganized, but that seemed like a fluke. Walked away with rapid antigen results stamped on a small card about 10 minutes after test, online copy of rapid antigen results within half hour, then PCR results 2-3 days later. The tests cost me nothing. Will definitely use them again.

My daughter and I took a rapid test at 9:30am today and we still haven't received our results..now 5 hours later. Still waiting
