Dr Grace is a wonderful doctor. I always ask to see him. He is very knowledgeable and very kind and he also tries to get you feeling better as soon as possible.

I waited for nearly 3 hours; two in the waiting area and more than 45 minutes once in the room. My blood pressure was quite elevated (never that high before) and yet no one mentioned the elevated pressure to me; not the attendant or the doctor. No vitals were discussed at all. I only read them in my online chart. My heart rate /pulse was not taken. My temperature was not taken. My weight was taken. My blood pressure was taken on my lower left forearm just above my wrist. A first! The concern is about the thaerroneous vitals information was entered into my permanent medical file. I'm not sure how the numbers entered were determined. After the nearly 3 hour wait, the doctor listened to my concerns and explained things well but seemed agitated when I stated the medication previously prescribed had not worked. She did explain that the infection could only be treated with the one antibiotic because of its resistance to other antibiotics. The same medication was prescribed again. I was instructed to follow up my PCP in a couple of days or if the antibiotic didn't work.

Unless surprise billing for your 15 minute visit is your thing, this place isn't for you. I had to pay $330 dollars for a covid test that was free down the road. They never warned me about the extreme pricing until the bill had already came in the mail. Disgusted.

Kim the person that put me in the room and gave me a strep test was VERY VERY RUDE. However, the nurse practitioner (she was a lady red hair) was VERY nice. But the lady kim (dark hair) was just beyond rude. That's the reason for my bad review, but the nurse practitioner was AWESOME.

Very good and the young lady in the lab was amazing

The staff and doctor was very gentle and helpful of my concerns. They did what they could to help me out. I just wish there was a magic button to get rid of my back pain.
