Booked an appointment to see a pediatrician for my 21 month old daughter. I parked and entered the building through the back, there were no signs or directions on how to get to Graybill's office so I walked upstairs, through all the corridors, finally found an office that was open and asked for directions, I had to walk across the building again and down another flight of stairs all whilst carrying my 21 month old. The lack of directions to the office meant I was a little late for my appointment and I explained that to the receptionist. She said she would check if the Doctor would still see us. Then because I'd been running around the entire building whilst holding my daughter she started vomiting all over me in the reception area, none of the staff helped, I had to ask for some paper towels. Then they told me the Doctor wouldn't see us and that I had to reschedule. I told them I'd find a different doctors office. Rude and unsympathetic staff but after reading the other bad reviews about this practice I'm kinda glad we didn't see the doctor after all.
