This company is a farce. Technicians are not trained properly. I found countless amounts of bad reviews. People are dying from this. Don’t go hear. Had to because employee requires test results. Technician did not administer test thorough enough which led to negative negative test. Took 2 home test directly after by 2 different company’s and tested positive. Very sick currently.

Beware..... they take all of your personal information BEFORE they inform you that they do NOT take Medicare.

Had test administered 9/25, called twice, after 4 business days had gone by. Was told they were very behind for PCR tests and lab was working 24/7 to get caught up. Finally received an email, after having put a tracker on it, 9 days later. Was sent rejection letter saying my sample was compromised. Apparently tons of them were. Now their website is saying they’re not conducting PCR tests due to upgrades. What is going on?

Pro - Some of the nicest people ever around to administer the test. Con and a huge Con - PCR test is the test used for surgery, travel etc. In my case I needed surgery. On solvhealth.com website there is nothing that says 1-3 business days and the first day is NOT the day of the test. All surgery offices or travel or etc. want the PCR test and within 72 hours so this was a huge bust for me. So I called and it is now taking 3 full business days and is tested in Nebraska. You are out of luck probably only people who live in Nebraska get a one day result back.
