The lady and. Nurse check in were great ! The NP terrible didn’t listen to concerns and didn’t take the time to to proper diagnosis . I basically went through military triage . Ship in and out last time I come here .

Went in due to possible ear infection….NP said not red but it is bulging and there is fluid behind the ear(classic infection), but said no infection and sent a script nasal spray and nothing else. My ear hurts and the flyid is definitely moving around. My ear pops and crackles. Should have been given an antibiotic.

It was a Sunday, so I understand the wait time. It is always just hard to wait when sick. I waited about an hour. I got there at the suggested 15 minutes early. Other than that, it was fantastic. The NP was wonderful and kind! He really cares about his patients!
