There is no RSV testing for adults even though solvhealth.com lists Guidewell as a local RSV tester and they allowed me to make an appointment for RSV testing. While the office appears to be efficiently run and everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor was friendly, I was not told until I was taken to a room and my vitals taken that they don’t offer the test. I wasted 90 minutes of my time driving there while sick. I possibly exposed people in waiting room & caregivers unnecessarily, and while I understand there is no treatment for RSV, I had a specific reason for wanting the diagnosis confirmed, which I still don’t have. I’m not happy about the bait & switch so Guidewell could make a fee. Your online information should be correct.

Front desk, customer care, and nursing staff were all amazing. However, the provider made me feel like a hyperchondriac and essentially told me my symptoms were in my head. I understand she was busy and after my tests came back normal I wasn't a critical patient, but I left feeling belittled and without answers.
