Made an appointment for 11:30. When I arrived I was informed there would be an hour wait and that I would probably not be dine until 3pm. Why have a reservation system? I was also told they had unusually high walk in volumes however there were six people just hanging out at the front desk doing nothing. Who is helping all of these walk ins. I will never recommend liars to any of my friends. Worst ever

I was on my way to the hospital and my friend recommended this place to me, and I am so very pleased that she did. I called before going to the hospital And just from the friendly first call, the warm and welcoming demeanor of the person that answered the phone made me choose this place. She reassured me I would get the same medical treatment for my condition as I would at the hospital… and there was no waiting!!! She was right! Companies don’t usually understand how important a good and knowledge person answering your phone is and it can make or break a business!! Well done! Everyone was so nice, very friendly and professional. I was seen fast and the team updated every step in the process. My labs and cat-scan was fast. I am recommending this place to all of my friends.

Transphobic. Didn’t care to figure out what was actually wrong with my arm after he was wrong about me having a blood clot due to hrt. Still cannot move my arm. Waisted 75 dollars.

I really like Guide Well. The nurse and doctors are the best in my opinion. They treat people like family and they really care. The weating time to see the doctor is very resonoble. And my goodness the clinic is impecable clean . Usually i dont like to go to emergency but this one is something else. I hope maintence the same service . Defenly i will sugest people Guide Well when they need a good care and love when you dont feel good.
