Maybe this is the place to go if you need very little care like a minor cold but anything beyond that, NO. Twice I’ve went with an issue that requires some actual care and it has been not good.  The visit the doctor was pretty rough, he stabbed me three times to numb an area and when I jumped he made the comment it would help if you didn’t move. Had zero compassion for the pain level, didn’t even finish getting the cyst out of my foot, it was just horrible.  The front staff was friendly, the nurse was a super nice person, but I’m pretty over the doctors there.

Very disappointing. The nurse practitioner was told multiple times that I need insulin nova log 7030 what they prescribed was regular insulin. To detail now puts me out multiple days without my insulin on something that should’ve been an easy.

I’ll being coughing for a few weeks, today was worse so I make this appointment.The team was very friendly and professional, got some medicine for it.

I tested positive for Covid and was worried because I didn’t have a primary care provider. Some one recommended going to an urgent care and your link popped up on my search. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day at 11 AM. It was convenient and easy to register- my appointment started on time. Steve my provider was thorough and caring- he went over all my meds to see if there were any contraindications with Paxlovid and recommended another antiviral. I work in healthcare and was very impressed with how smooth and efficient my appointment went. I would definitely recommend Guidewell if anyone needs an urgent care.

Very caring intake person—Reem. Made me feel comfortable. The PA Asst and PA were thorough and efficient. Gave me follow up steps. Virtual platform was had clear visuals and good audio.

With 4 diagnostic clinics closing in our area it has been very stressful trying to find a new doctor. My doctor was supposed to send in refills for my blood pressure medication before she left the area. Thank you for helping me get my medication refills while I find a new doctor.

Schedule online didn't match the Doctor, but was well taken care of today. Booking the appointment was easy and the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions.
