DO NOT GO THERE FOR A COVID19 TEST. Told on phone wait would be approx 1 1/2-2 hrs. Went and sat in waiting room for 3 hrs 15 min. Went back to desk numerous times and was told I only had 2 people in frt of me then proceeded to wait another 1 1/2 hrs to find out they had me in the wrong group. Got fed up and said if I was only waiting 10 more minutes. After that I left. Never saw a dr, never got tested. Will not go back again!

I was seen for right thumb and wrist tendon inflammation. I was prescribed 40 mg of Prednisone daily with no tapering of dose and was very sick at the end of 40 mg daily for 5 days. I was released with a right hand Wrist and Thumb Splint which I did sign for that I had received it with no estimate of cost. ( I assumed it was included in my cost that they charged me when they said they checked with my insurance and that I would owe my deductible which I paid before I left.) I should have been told by them to go to the local pharmacy when I was getting my prescription and obtain the wrist and thumb splint. I was charged by the company they used $184.19 and it was only $14.95 locally. They should know what the company they are using is charging compared to the local pharmacy. I am retired and on a fixed income and to be charged 9 times what I could get it at local store is a real crime. I only used the splint for two days and it did not help. I needed an injection from an orthopedic Dr.

Very rude front desk staff !!! Was turned away when in fact they accepted my insurance

I CALLED THERE AND ASKED HOW MUCH IT WAS TO BE SEEN WITHOUT INSURANCE AND WAS TOLD THAT IT STARTS AT 275.00 BY THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONES NAMED LIsa. I INFORMED HER THAT IT WAS MUCH CHEAPER BEFORE AND SHE SAID IT'S ALWAYS BEEN THAT PRICE. SO I CALL THE OTHER GULF COAST URGENT CARE ON VENICE AVE AND THEY TOLD ME THE REAL PRICE AND CONFIRMED THAT THIS URGENT CARE IS ALSO OWNED BY THEM. THEY SAID THAT IT IS ONLY 135.00. SO I CALLED BACK TO URGENT CARE GULF COAST ON Rialto in Venice and had the pleasure of speaking to Lisa again who says I dont know who you called and i dont know what to tell you other than its 275.00 and up. I asked the non friendly Lisa to speak with an office manager or someone else and she tells me that she is the only one there. Anyway gulf coast.... wtf??
