I was very disappointed that my grandson that live out of town could not use his insurance to get service and the receptionist couldn't explain to me why. I feel like this was a scam to get money because a covid test is free and I had to pay $150 for his test.

Everyone and everything was great but the fact that the labs were closed and there is no way to know until you go there is disappointing. Waste of time and money and also caused me to not be able to check other places which was a huge issue.

Before having patients register to take the Covid test in this location, it is important to highlight the fact that a co-pay will be required. A Covid test is free to anyone with insurance. So forcing a patient to pay in order to see a doctor when they are simply there for a Covid test for travel is ridiculous. Do better!

The woman at the front desk is EXCEPTIONALLY PATIENT! I don’t know how else to explain how phenomenally calm she was. She was amazing! The wait time was extremely long and there was a lot of frustrated patience but she did not show an attitude not one time! Please keep her! She’s phenomenal .

Went for a rapid Covid test said I hadn’t met deductible so it would cost $125 for test, this is BS it’s a federal law insucompanies have to pay 100% for Covid tests. They are ripping patients off charging fees for Covid tests!

I didn't get to see anyone because I didn't know they charged for COVID testing. I'm sure they're nice people, but I didn't have $125 to spend.
