horrible experience. all the dr did was look down at my husbands leg with a puncture wound and it was swollen from his knee to the the top of his foot. while he laid on bed, said probably should have had stitch when it happened. i told him he had been putting triple antibiotic ointment on for 5 days and it looked lot worse. he turned to leave and said he would give him ointment to which i asked if he wasnt going to give him an oral antibiotic and he said no that they can have other problems and left room. three days later i took husband to his pcps office who had told me to take him there if his leg was swollen. when we were n exam room after dr left we were talked to thru a computer on a stand and we were told the cost was $60 but if we paid at that time there was a discount so it would b $48 so we paid it. yesterday we got a bill from them for $12 the amt that was discounted n the exam room! i called the billing numb and was told sometimes that discount "fell off" and took it off. bs. i bet they do that all the time and hope ppl will jst pay it. took 45 min of my time but im not letting someone scam me

Zero stars should be an option. I visited this ER on April 1. I thought I had food poisoning. I had been sick the entire day and night before with abdominal pain that caused vomiting and diarrhea. My friend took me to this ER, and they would not even acknowledge my presence until my friend checked me in via the computer check-in. I was on my hands and knees in severe pain. The doctor on call examined me and ordered bloodwork - both of which indicated something was very wrong. I received medicine and fluids via IV and was released to go home. No urine test or CT scan was done. Eight hours later I was in emergency surgery with a burst appendix. I spent seven days in the hospital recovering from the surgery and a secondary infection that involved having a tube inserted through my nose and down my throat to drain the infection from my stomach. The ER doctor went with my assumption of food poisoning and never discussed anything else with me - including my high white blood count. Further, I was physically shaking on the examination table with chills from the medicine. When we asked for additional blankets, we were ignored. My friend then went to ask if he could be directed to where blankets were, and we were treated as an inconvenience who had "interrupted a meeting." Horrible experience all around.

Stay Far Away! No wait, no wonder. $ 1,808 to see a doctor for an ear infection.

DO NOT GO HERE! It is a complete scam with billing. I was there for 5 minutes and was seen for two of those by a doctor and billed over 2500. I basically had to go to the front desk to find out what to do as I was left in a room.

I HAD to be seen by a doctor due to SEVERE stomach/abdominal pain, and vomiting, due to a condition called gastroparethsis, plus the fact that I don’t have a gal bladder, (which I had to explain to the nurse that becuz of this, I have an excess amount of acid in my stomach all the time, especially when I’m unable to eat, which is anytime I get nauseous, which is quite often now. After explaining all this to the doctor, and explaining how MUCH SEVERE PAIN I was in, not to mention the fact that u cud see it in my FACE how much pain I was in..(according to my friend who I live with and since he gave me a ride there, he Even said you could see The intensity of my pain written all over my face!! BUT, instead of treating this pain, which WAS ALREADY DIAGNOSED years ago. My point is, that instead of addressing the pain AS WELL as the nausea, they ONLY addressed the nausea, and they ACTUALLY ATTEMPTED TO TEAG THE PAIN WITH BENEDRYL (for GOD SAKES!!!!) I DIDNT ASK or request any “narcotics”, I simply wanted and NEEDED the pain to GO AWAY!!!! In the past, when I’ve been forced to make that AWEFUL, and lately HUMILIATING trip to the ER when this thing gets SO BAD that I can’t eat for DAYS, can’t keep anything down, And ESPECIALLY if the PAIN gets SO BAD that I can’t sleep, can’t Even BEGIN To relax for ANY length of time! In the past, after I explain all of my symptoms and diagnosis, I’d say about 90% or the ER docs IVe seen in the past, have ALL treated me with fluids, a single shot of pain meds, Pepcid thru my IV, and nausea medication. And within I’d say, 20 mins, my stomach feels 100% BETTER!!! So much so that I can usually EAT something right away!!! BUT, THIS Dr, Dr. C. Robinson at the Hanover Emergency Center, Decided to tell me just before he told me I could leave, and after I THEN told him that I WAS STILL IN ALOT OF PAIN, that he’s “not a big narcotics guy”!!!! I mean, that actually reminded me of those NUNS at this HAUNTED location nnn

HCA should be ashamed to be affiliated with this location. DO MOT GO HERE EVER! Dr. Robert Marble should not be allowed to practice medicine or treat people. Horrible!

This place is basic. If you need serious attention, then go elewhere. Go elsewhere anyway. I cannot recommend this place.

Do not go here if you are really not feeling well!!!! Staff was rude and violated my privacy with my medical condition and it pissed me off! Doctor was nonchalant and a jerk. If I read the reviews beforehand and expected my experience would’ve been that poor, I would not have wasted my time. I am very dissappointed and feel like this “urgent care” should be closed. No patient deserves to ever feel how they made me feel tonight.
